Sfinks Polska is a network of 96 restaurants operated under the name of “Sphinx” (casual dining segment) placed in various locations across Poland and abroad, of 9 restaurants under the name of “Chłopskie Jadło” (premium segment) and 6 “WOOK” restaurants (casual dining segment). With regard to the total sales and the number of outlets, Sphinx is Poland’s largest restaurant network in the casual dining segment. At the same time, Sfinks Polska is the third largest foodservice company in Poland in terms of its total sales turnover.
