Sylwester Cacek

President

He has been associated with the company since 2009. Previously, at Sfinks he held the position of president of the management board from August 2011 to July 2019, and from June 2009 to April 2010, and from May 2010 to August 2011 he sat on the supervisory board of this company. Before he became involved in management and capital in Sfinks Polska, for many years he co-founded and managed, as president, the Dominet capital group, within which the nationwide Dominet Bank was developed through franchising. In 2007, Dominet SA, and with it Dominet Bank, were successfully sold to the international Fortis group. During his career, Sylwester Cacek also sat on the supervisory boards of companies such as: Dominet Bank SA, Impel SA. He was a shareholder of the RTS Widzew Łódź SA football club. He also acts as a capital investor - in addition to Sfinks, he holds a significant block of shares in the Canadian biotechnology company Helix BioPharma. Sylwester Cacek is a graduate of the Polish International School of Management. He also studied at the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology and at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.

Jacek Kuś

Vice-President

He has been associated with the company since 2009, initially as financial manager and then as director of the financial department. In the years 2015-2019, he served as vice-president of the management board of Sfinks Polska SA.
In the following years, he was responsible for the development of business projects within the group related to the development of sales in additional channels (including delivery and ready meals). He has extensive experience in financial management. In 2008-2009 he was employed at Dominet as a financial manager. Previously, from 2007 to 2008, he was the head of the finance department in the Eiffage – Teodoro Gomes Alho SA group, branch in Poland. In the years 1998-2007 he was associated with Thomson Multimedia Polska as a controller and then a financial manager. He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. He also completed Postgraduate Studies in Administration at the University of Warsaw and holds an international CIMA business accounting certificate

Amir El Malla

wiceprezes zarządu

Ze Sfinks Polska związany od 2009 roku. Początkowo pełnił obowiązki dyrektora regionalnego, a następnie od 2012 r. sprawował funkcje dyrektorskie związane z
zarządzaniem i rozwojem sieci. Zanim dołączył do Sfinks Polska przez kilka lat działał jako przedsiębiorca, prowadząc własny lokal gastronomiczny oraz sklep internetowy. Jest absolwentem Szkoły Głównej Handlowej w Warszawie oraz Wyższej Szkoły Zarządzania i Przedsiębiorczości im. Bogdana Jańskiego w Warszawie.

Mateusz Cacek

wiceprezes zarządu

Ze spółką jest związany od 2013. W tym okresie przez wiele lat zajmował się rozwojem sieci, w tym franczyzy, piastując stanowiska kierownicze. Od 2020 r. pełni w spółce funkcję dyrektora marketingu. W latach 2008-2012 był wiceprezesem klubu piłkarskiego RTS Widzew Łódź, zaś w latach 2007-2008 zasiadał w radzie nadzorczej spółki Sportlive24, działającej w branży wydawniczo-mediowej. Ukończył stosunki międzynarodowe w Collegium Civitas w Warszawie.
