He has been associated with the company since 2009. Previously, at Sfinks he held the position of president of the management board from August 2011 to July 2019, and from June 2009 to April 2010, and from May 2010 to August 2011 he sat on the supervisory board of this company. Before he became involved in management and capital in Sfinks Polska, for many years he co-founded and managed, as president, the Dominet capital group, within which the nationwide Dominet Bank was developed through franchising. In 2007, Dominet SA, and with it Dominet Bank, were successfully sold to the international Fortis group. During his career, Sylwester Cacek also sat on the supervisory boards of companies such as: Dominet Bank SA, Impel SA. He was a shareholder of the RTS Widzew Łódź SA football club. He also acts as a capital investor - in addition to Sfinks, he holds a significant block of shares in the Canadian biotechnology company Helix BioPharma. Sylwester Cacek is a graduate of the Polish International School of Management. He also studied at the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology of the Warsaw University of Technology and at the Military University of Technology in Warsaw.
