Sfinks Polska – the company managing the Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK restaurant chains – within the financial year from January 1, 2014 to November 30, 2015 reported its audited results after 11 months of 2015. In that period, the revenues from sales amounted to PLN 160.15 million, the company's net profit from operations to PLN 10.60 million and the net profit of PLN 8.02 million while the standalone EBITDA result reached PLN 18.46 million. At the same time the company reported that it finished the year 2015 with sales revenues in the amount of PLN 175.92 million. After 11 months of 2015 the company already had positive equities amounting to PLN 5.75 million.

The Supervisory Board of Sfinks Polska, a company managing the chain of restaurants: Sphinx, WOOK and Chłopskie Jadło, the Management Board made a decision that two new Vice-presidents will join the Management Board: Tomasz Gryn and Jacek Kuś. Thus, the Management Board of Sfinks Polska will operate in the panel of five persons. Sylwester Cacek will still act in the capacity of the president and Dorota Cacek and Sławomir Pawłowski will still hold the functions of Vice-presidents.

Sfinks Polska – the company managing the Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK restaurant networks – by virtue of the decision of the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting will issue 3.5 million series N shares as part of private subscription. The book-building will be held in the period between November 19th and 23rd this year. The company intends to raise PLN 12 million from the issue. The funds are to be spent on the development of the restaurant networks. The company will also gain additional PLN 10 million (net) on account of the planned refinancing of credits and the write-off of interest by PKO BP and ING Bank Śląski, as well as the extension of the payment schedule up to 7 years. Consequently, Sfinks will have the resources for investments and will be able to open, in the years 2015-2020, even 100 new restaurants with its own funds. At the same time, as a result of the performed capital injection, the company will reach positive equity level in the amount of PLN 6 million before the end of this year.

Sfinks Polska, owner of the Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK restaurant chains, generated in the 1st quarter of 2015 the unit sales revenues of PLN 42.7 million, which means an increase by PLN 3.9 million compared to the corresponding period of 2014. At the same time, the company increased its gross profit on sales by 47% - from PLN 5.8 million in the 1st quarter of 2014 to PLN 8.5 million in the corresponding period of 2015. Again, Sfinks also generated the unit net profit of PLN 1.1 million for January-March 2015, while the 1st quarter of 2014 still ended with a loss of PLN 33 thousand. Also the company’s EBITDA was doubled and amounted to PLN 6.3 million in the first quarter of 2015 compared to PLN 3.2 million generated a year before.

Sfinks Polska – the company managing the Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK restaurant networks – made an update to its strategies and forecasts for the years 2015-2020 in relation to the planned payment of debts it has at PKO BP and ING Bank Śląski and to the expected confirmation by the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of the company's recapitalization. According to the new objectives, Sfinks will systematically increase its unit revenues from PLN 175.9 million in 2015 to PLN 367.6 million in 2020. At the end of the current year the company's net profit will amount to PLN 8.1 million and in 2020 will reach PLN 24.9 million. The unit EBITDA will then reach the value of PLN 54.2 million as compared to PLN 20.1 million generated in 2015. The company is expected to have positive equity in the amount of PLN 6 million before the end of this year and to increase it annually to reach PLN 105 million in 2020.

Sfinks Polska, the owner of the chain of restaurants: Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK, at the end of 2014, reached the unit sales profit of PLN 165.4 m compared to PLN 141.2 m in the previous year, resulting in an increase of 17%. At the same time, after the 4th quarter of 2014, the net profit of the company increased to PLN 34.6 m, while at the end of April 2013 Sfinks made a loss of PLN 3.6 m. As the result, within a year the company improved its unit net results by more than PLN 38 m. The significant difference, compared with the original assessments published in the forecasts, stem from the improvement of the business profitability and higher than expected valuation of the Chłopskie Jadło trademark and higher valuation of a tax asset. Also, the change at the level of the net profit resulted in higher than expected improvement of equity, i.e, up to - PLN 14.7 m at the end of 2014, compared to - PLN 50.6 m the year before.

Sfinks Polska – the company managing the Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK restaurant networks – obtained after three quarters of this year unit sales revenues of PLN 130.3 million as compared to PLN 122.5 million at the same time in 2014 which constitutes an increase of 6% y/y. At the same time the company increased its net unit revenue four-fold – from PLN 1.7 million after nine months of 2014 to PLN 7.1 million at the end of September of this year. Sfinks reached the level of PLN 4.3 million of unit net revenue after three quarters of 2015, thus improving its result by PLN 2.6 million y/y. From January to September of this year the company reached EBITDA of PLN 15.8 million which constitutes an increase of 44% y/y as compared to PLN 11 million reached at the analogical time in the previous year.

Sfinks Polska, the owner of the chain of restaurants: Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK, published its strategy for 2015-2020 which assumes a systematic improvement of the company's performance within 6 years and reaching the sales revenues of PLN 332 m in 2020. The company forecasts that in this period the net profit will increase to PLN 30.2 m. At the same time, in 2016, Sfinks plans on lowering its ratio of debt to EBITDA to 3.1 and reporting positive equity. The company estimates that in four quarters of this year its revenue will increase to 16.6% YoY and reach PLN 164.6 m, while the net profit, following the expected release of provisions, will increase to PLN 13.8 m. In accordance with Sfinks' strategy, acquisition of a casual dining, pizza or cafe chain with a well-known brand is possible as well as launching a master franchise Sphinx chain in at least 3 countries.

Sfinks Polska, owner of the Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK restaurant chains reported EBITDA of PLN 4.6 m, which constitutes an increase of 51% year-on-year. It is another quarter with high growth of EBITDA year-on-year. From April to June of the current year, Sfinks Polska also increased by 166% year-on-year its operating unit profit which reached PLN 2.5 m. Since the beginning of the calendar year, the company opened 6 new restaurants and reported singing 13 new contracts for new locations. The company maintained the forecasts included in the strategy which assume the average return on investments in restaurants no lower than 30%.

The Sfinks Polska group – owner of the restaurant chains Sphinx, Chłopskie Jadło and WOOK – has generated sales revenues of PLN 126.83 million and a net profit of PLN 2.23 milion for three quarters of 2014. Meanwhile, just a year before, with a similar level of consolidated revenues, the group generated a loss of
PLN (-)1.47 million. The improved results of Sfinks are also reflected by consolidated EBITDA, which has gone up by 30% to reach, as at the end of September this year, the amount of PLN 11.65 million compared to PLN 8.94 million a year before.
