Sphinx – the restaurant chain owned by Sfinks Polska – was awarded the title Laur Klienta TOP Marka [Customer Laurels TOP Brand] 2013 in the Restaurant Chains category. The title was awarded on the basis of a consumer opinion poll. Recently, the customers also appreciated the Sphinx restaurant in Rzeszów, awarding it the Korona Smakosza [Gourmet’s Crown] prize for the quality of service within a regional opinion poll.

The opinions of our customers are particularly important to us, and a favorable opinion is always the source of great satisfaction, at the same time encouraging us to go on with our work. The customers’ expectations grow, which is why we make a point of adding attraction to our offer, and first of all to keep the high standards of service, says Dorota Cacek, Vice President of Sfinks Polska - the owner of the Sphinx, WOOK and Chłopskie Jadło restaurant chains.

Laur Klienta is a prize that has already been awarded to the Sphinx restaurants on several previous occasions. The winners of that contest are selected on the basis of an opinion poll, and the sample size for each category is at least 1,000 respondents.

Korona Smakosza is a contest where awards are also granted on the basis of the customers' opinions. The contest is organized in different cities in Poland. This year, 71 restaurants, among them Sphinx located in Kosciuszki Street, entered for the Rzeszów edition. Over 8,700 questionnaires were collected, the customers nominating the best restaurants in individual categories. One such category was the Quality of Service, where the winner was the Sphinx restaurant in Kosciuszki Street in Rzeszów. The organizer of the popular contest is Makro Cash & Carry.

Laur Klienta Top Marka and Korona Smakosza are not the only prizes awarded to the Sphinx brand this year. Earlier during the year, the chain was awarded the title of Superbrands Created in Poland 2013. The poll carried out within the Superbrands contest had 15 thousand respondents.
